Capital Development Strategies offers nonprofit organizations a complete range of services designed to build their capacity and to assist them in fulfilling their potential in raising philanthropic support. Services include capital campaign planning and management, development audits, annual fund planning, board development, strategic planning, and general development counsel. The firm is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and serves clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

The firm's founder and principal, Marshall H. Ginn, CFRE, has been a fundraising professional for more than 15 years and had experience working with local, regional and national organizations. He was the Co-Chair of Fundraising Days Washington 2001, presented by the Washington, DC Metro Area Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and will serve as the Chair of the 2002 conference. Mr. Ginn is also a member of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington as Commission on Stewardship.
