Jerry F. Smith, former Executive Director of Alumni and Development at Auburn University founded the J.F. Smith Group in 1991. J.F. Smith Group provides clients the direct involvement of its principal, Jerry F. Smith, in addition to qualified consultants assigned according to client needs. Besides conducting feasibility studies and capital campaigns, consultants are also available when special expertise is needed in areas such as internal/external assessment, staff and/or volunteer training, strategic planning, grant writing, estate planning, public relations, publications or special events.
